somebody need to draw it to the business person attention that their is a new policy to keep the area clean if they don't know and look for options other than what they are doing. because if a litter warden show up they would find situation so lets fix it without the big stick

I place my garbage in a bin for pick up. Animals cant reach it. But sometimes they he garbage truck worker will spill some and don’t pick it up.

Hand out flyers of collection times to all businesses so that the only time garbage will be outside is to be picked up.
