If you want cleaner ingredients, put it in the comments and let’s tell these companies we’re not lab rats and that we want healthy food, not synthetic and artificial ingredients. While they’re not exactly lying to us, they’re still being tricky and deceptive. Blue Bell PRO boasts “33g of protein” right on the front of the container but it’s not just a single serving. You have to eat the entire pint, all 3 servings, to get those 33 grams. One serving only gives you 11g. And while that badge screams “high protein,” the full pint also comes with a lot more calories, carbs, sugar alcohols, and sucralose + acesulfame potassium. These are artificial sweeteners that research has shown can alter the gut microbiome under certain conditions. So no, I’m not saying you can never eat it. I’m saying read past the marketing and be aware of what you’re ingesting because the front of the package is designed to sell you. The back tells you what you’re actually eating.
