I think they have to go through all the steps unless she refuses so it doesn't get thrown out. Ive been on to different cases and one case was thrown out even though it was obvious the person was impaired.

Belittlement! So sad. It’s obvious! Cop keeps pushing and is ignoring the lady. It’s obvious the cop is increasing the woman’s temper and is increasing the woman’s mental/emotional status. Not condoning the woman’s actions…just feel communication and human interaction could have been better.

This is awful policing 🙄 clearly there is no reason to have her do any of these tests, there’s no question. There’s no reason to have her do this. They have no requirement to have her do this because it’s very clear. The only reason you have someone do this is if there’s a question there is no question. Clearly they’re just fucking torturing her. And upsetting her because they can. It’s an abuse of power. This is ridiculous.
