no new trial..... the only thing the appeal does is, a judge will look over the original trial to insure all the i's were dotted and the t's were crossed. If everything is in order, the original verdict will stand.

I I’m not really sure what all of discourse is for. Karmelo literally killed Austin period. Her chose to take a weapon to a school event. He chose to talk that weapon out. He chose to stab someone. At any point he could’ve walked away and anyone saying different can go argue with a wall because he’s guilty.
