I’ve never heard someone say “sick veins bro”. But people compliment tattoos all the time so 🤷🏻♂️

My biggest flex as a new nurse was getting an IV FIRST TRY on a dehydrated person with a blackout sleeve 🥰

it's just temporary because of the swelling

Danielle Elizabeth :
The vascularity comes back after the deep dermal layers fully heal (which takes longer than two weeks) so long as you don’t quit the gym. The initial swelling only lasts 1-2 weeks, but full healing of the deeper layers of skin can take over a month.

I will never understand why men want their veins to show.

Could you design a tat design that accents the gains rather than hide them?

You lose alot of the aesthetics by inking over them.

You don’t lose vascularity , they just don’t show as prominent lol. Phleb for 4 years.

I have a full sleeve and the way my artist worked with the contour of the muscles actually accentuates them. Think this guy is just rage baiting for traffic, which is apparently effective.

That’s false ! You can see my veins on a good pump even in my arm with a full sleeve

As a phlebotomist and a medical assistant, not true, do you know how many patients I’ve had to stick with tattoos in the weird places?

Garrison Patton :
It doesn't get rid of your vascularity. It just camouflages it. Your blood flow and everything are unaffected.

normal tattoos don’t damage the veins, arteries, or major vessels underneath your skin.
Why
∙ Tattoo needles only reach the dermis (roughly 1–4mm deep), well above the larger blood vessels used for things like IV access or that bodybuilders talk about when they say “vascularity.”
