As her boyfriend I’m not commenting this to try and and defend her. I want to be very clear with that. I have walked with her through a lot the last few months. But one thing that has never even wavered is this incredible woman’s love for Jesus. For those of you saying things about her appearance, political views and other things….. why? What is the point of tearing someone down. I have seen her not take pictures at certain angles because of the way it appears. I have seen her love and show kindness in everything she does and nothing about her character says she serves 2 masters. Chi Omega is not her identity and it never has been. A master is something that controls you. This girl LIVES FOR JESUS. So if you don’t like then scroll. There is no reason to try and tear someone down. For those of you saying things “Jesus loved and always showed kindness.” You are right. But when speaking to a brother or a sister in Christ it’s important to keep in mind Colossians 4:6, “Let your speech always be gracious, seasoned with salt, so that you may know how you ought to answer each person.”

me personally i GREW so much in my faith when i joined my sorority, college is what you make it and if you center everything around God you will attract people who want to walk in your faith with you! I couldnt agree with you more!

Not sure what sorority life is like but last I heard, there’s lots of drinking, drugs, and sex. Even if you don’t do it, it’s in the house. This would be like saying you could love Jesus but go to a strip club even though you’re not the one stripping. Maybe this isn’t that type of sorority?

these comments are so frustrating. my sorority quite literally read a psalm every formal chapter and had a chaplain. these presumptive comments around your lifestyle are ridiculous. your relationship with the Lord is YOURS. yes, we don’t encourage sin, but there’s not inherent sin in this post or in a sorority. it comes down to choices and convictions. for those condemning in the comments - check your heart. how is talking this way about a sister in Christ making anyone want to know more about the God we serve?????? for all you know, she is in a sorority and living set apart as an example for everyone.
