I personally don’t agree with this I think harsh aspects between the ascendant and Venus give self image issues. Being beautiful but not believing you are and hating compliments or feeling like the ugly ducking but growing into your features as an adult and being seen as gorgeous. Beyonce has Venus opp her asc.
