So the reasoning is likely that when they use the store credit it would still be a new sale (online or in store) - think of it in terms of an SA selling someone $500 of new clothes and that person pays with a store credit - the SA would still receive credit for the sale (payment type wouldn’t matter). If the SA sold $500 during sale and the customer returned the $500 the SA’s sales would be reduced by $500. Hope that makes sense (and hopefully all those who bought through your links will use store credit through your links and you’ll make it back then😊)

I had an AWFUL experience with Aritzia during the sale. I bought around $4k worth of stuff and the package got lost and they weren’t going to refund me AT ALL. They are truly awful and I’m sorry this happened to you.
