bad ruling , good quality shocks should last alot longer than 3 months , can last 10 yrs easily but poor quality ones are generally a bad buy . He was legally bound to replace the shocks with good quality ones free of charge , with her paying the difference in price between the good quality and bad quality shocks .

Should replace the shocks under warranty unless the shocks were second hand in which case she prob gets 3 months warranty
