I don’t wanna talk out of my ass as I’ve never had a transplant or lupus just nephrotic syndrome and dialysis. When I was on prednisone and tacro for treatment and I do remember them telling me neuropathy and joint pain can be symptoms. In fact the only time I’ve had joint pain like that was on the meds

It’s true. I’m on my second Transplant also at MTI. When you’re on dialysis, they call it lupus burnout so everything‘s pretty quiet but once you get a functioning organ again at least for me a lot of of my lupus symptoms particularly pain and joint pain have come back.

I thought I had neuropathy, I had got raynaud's in my feet especially my left, It started with pain then my skin started peeling my feet was ice cold to touch then they turn dark this summer my feet feel good its real bad when its cold. I have take meds to open my vessels. I have put nitro paste on in winter.

I got neuropathy under my feet two years prior to transplant from kidney disease. It is still the same, just numbness, don't like it 😒 just a weird feeling.

I was told once you have a transplant, the lupus goes dormant. I haven’t had too many lupus symptoms since my transplant. My second failure wasn’t from lupus either. Going in tomorrow actually to get lupus testing done.

Go to the neurologist get a scan first then get this nerve test which hurts at least the one I did .. then if u don’t have answers see the rheumatologist

I have neuropathy in my feet. 9 weeks post transplant. No pain in my arms though.

I have to have it soon too. I have had it since my transplant. Look up transplants and neuropathy. You’ll get used to it I have had it a decade. It will become more annoying and less painful. I’m finally getting help for it!! 💔 hugs 🫂
