No, they all didn’t have tattoos back then not like that back then we thought that they were disgusting on women I should know I grew up in the 80s. I remember a lot of women were look down upon for getting tattoos so they used to always get real small ones and hide it and the majority of them probably 85 to 90% dressed a lot more conservative they dress with more class, they didn’t flaunt themselves out there so you’re just off the Mark quite a bit.
