take C number, double it and add 30.. 16C = 62F close enough. F subtract 30 then divide by 2. 70F = 20C

I just start with room temperature. 20° C is 68°F. Every 5°C up or down is 9°F up or down. If it doesn’t need to be precise just go 2°F for every 1°C change.

Celsius isn’t very accurate. It’s just basically range. It’s basically 1/3 as accurate. 1°C is about 3°F or just under so it’s just a range.

(C° X 2) + 30 = F°. gets you in the ballpark. Reverse for F° to C°.

Easy mind conversion: 1) Take Celsius temp and divide by 5 rounded to nearest whole number. Subtract that number from 32 and remember it. 2) Take Celsus x 2 then add the rememered number and now you have Fahrenheit within a degree.
