Have you tryed factory resetting it? If not then try it happens to me a lot I just factory reset the keyboard it doesn’t change anything on the pc it just resets the keyboard

There is a switch that says if you wanna want to use it Bluetooth or wire if ur using bluetooth then turn the switch left and if u wanna use it wired turn the switch on the middle
