I signed amazon prime ONCE! I bought everything I needed for fixing things in my house, I watched everything I wanted on prime video and in less than 20 days I signed out 😅

I agree with Amazon prime. although my family uses it as well with prime video and if they want something ordered as well I do this. but for £4.99 for a combined service. I personally think its could valuem

I live in a flat, and i rent out one of the rooms on airbnb. It's a small room (8sqm)and I have an unreasonable high price, so I have only about 2 guests per year, each for a month. Financial equivalent of having a roommate for 8 months, but I share the flat only for 2 months

I cancelled Prime about a year ago. I wasn’t getting the use out of it. I used a Lime Bike once or twice just out of curiosity, I paid £10 for a ten minute ride? Never again. Living with flatmates? That’s the norm in London, unless one is earning very good money to have a mortgage or one has decided to move in with your partner. Alcohol? I can take or leave it. Note: I’ve since left London and will be moving somewhere still with big city vibes long term.

I'm 35yo and for the first time in my life I'm living on my own. Yes, it's soooo much more expensive and I have to commute a lot but I had lovely housemates before but nothing beats having your own space without anyone else mess. After a hard day at work you actually have a choice what room to relax in, when to take a shower or when to cook. I can finally breathe

Another side note for online shopping: use extensions/apps like Coupert 👀 it compares prices across websites, searches for discount codes and there is also a cash back option on many website
