@speedgolf: this one needs some explanation. I was on the beach a couple of weeks ago. I had just made a video analyzing the jiggly calf of Kyle berkshire. yes, the Buddy marooch had of course gained the ability to contract his muscles but haven't we all but I was fixated on. was his ability too let the opposing muscles at that time be on the right plane so that they could freefall in space and provide no resistance to the muscles that were firing. I lowered myself to the sand to sit and contemplate more. I looked over at the Buddy marooch. they flung themselves onto the ground reminiscent of a World cup goalkeeper. I would never do that. I let myself slowly down from the pull-up slowly down from a push-up holy moly Sweet Lord baby of books koepka that's it! the secret to life and therefore the holistic approach and secret to golf. it's not about digging it out of the turf. digging it out of the dirt. well that too, but it's really also about letting yourself fall. no resistance to gravity. no acknowledgment to pain pain. paradoxically ariding from that tension and so it is here. it is another golf tip. #marooch another online golf tip
