Switching back to his normal accent for “theater development fund” will always be hilarious 😂😂 but honestly he did really well! People who have never tried learning a second language will never understand how many tries this likely took him to do this and most politicians would never try it.

It’s interesting, I can tell the accent of the person who taught him. It’s really cute. When I taught English in China, a few of the kids picked up my Texan accent.

I'd personally say 90%, his pronunciation is really good, he just needs to work on tones which is always a big challenge for everyone learning chinese!
