Disagree with him on the LED mask. It’s the best thing I’ve ever done for my skin. Mine doesn’t heat up & I follow it with a simple skincare routine. Maybe they’re expensive in the UK, but they are affordable here in the US. I paid $300 for mine & it was FSA/HSA approved, so I was refunded the full amount!
