I actually had to stop watching the live trial because the prosecution was being so unbelievably rude 😭. I understand that they have their own perspective, but I just don’t think there’s any need for that level of anger and hostility. I ended up just watching your updates instead because I genuinely couldn’t bring myself to watch it anymore 😩.

the prosecutors dragging the fact that lindsay was trying to have normal days years after the fact but ignoring how patrick had normal days not even 2 weeks after… im not sure what their goal here is but it’s such foolishness

DID YOU SEE WHEN THEY OBJECTED WHEN RED POINTED OUT THEY DIDNT HAVE HER EVALUATED UNTIL THREE YEARS AFTER THE INCIDENT?? Red is trying to plant the seed that HE hired a doctor to thoroughly document her state immediately following the incident all the way to trial, and that the prosecution only has evaluations to base their conclusion on THREE YEARS AFTER! Of course her mental state has changed in three years, but by only basing their stance on evaluations THREE YEARS AFTER Red is pointing out that is a form of confirmation bias by not having documentation of how she was at the time of the event! Red pointing out her long term medical needs also proves that “she” had a true attempt, and discrediting the prosecution trying to prove that it was not a “true attempt”. He is ON FIREEEE today

You wanna talk about confirmation bias: 7,001 pages of the Duxbury (spelling?) record and they CHERRYPICKED and questioned him on certain dates that showed her just….functioning as a human? Like WHaT DO YOU MeAN: “Well she was SEEN wheeling herself down the hall” SHES IN A WHEELCHAIR!!!

This might have been the worst day out of all of them for the copy and paste sisters.. I’m absolutely disgusted that they chose to question the kids, birthdays, and how somebody processes their grief. All I can say is karma is real, even for people like them.

Psychosis is so scary, my brother went through it before he passed and he would set himself on fire and talk about how he was the devil and crazy scary stuff then the next day he would be normal and forget what happened

She could’ve been psychotic and out of touch with reality but the facts and timeline still doesn’t point to her committing the crime. The prosecution hasn’t even proved that she did it let alone proven that it was premeditated/volitional
