@saitore_v: Stop saying "I'm trying to become a virtual assistant." Start saying "I AM a virtual assistant." That one shift changes everything. I'm reading Atomic Habits for the 17th time. Yes the 17th. Because every time I feel like I'm losing grip of my goals, my routine or life itself I come back to this book. And considering everything that happened recently I needed it more than ever. I get out of dark places using books. And Atomic Habits isn't one you just read. You study it. Chapter 2 talks about identity versus outcomes. And it says real change happens when you change your IDENTITY first. Not the outcome. The identity. Stop saying "I want to get clients." Start saying "I'm the kind of VA who pitches every week." Stop saying "I'm learning Notion." Start saying "I'm a Systems Automations Virtual Assistant who builds on Notion." Can you feel that shift? The first version keeps you stuck in student mode forever. The second version? That's someone a client would hire TODAY. You don't earn the title after you succeed. You claim it FIRST. Then you work towards it. Identity comes before results. Not the other way around. Here's what I've observed across every cohort. The mentees who changed their mindset and identity first landed clients faster. Every single time. The ones who kept saying "I'm not ready" or "I'm still learning" stayed stuck longer. Same bootcamp. Same curriculum. Same tools. Different identity. Different results. Claim who you are becoming. Say it out loud. Put it on your LinkedIn. Introduce yourself that way.
