My guys get water breaks every hour, can take a break when they're body can't give no more and still get their regular breaks and lunches. Production hasnt take hit at all. I'll put my job on the line before I lose valuable employees.

Why is this a thing?? What benefit other than causing suffering does it gain for them to try and enforce unsafe protocols??? People please use common sense and keep yourselves alive.
