This might sound like an odd suggestion but what about a thumb or finger sucking guard? That way his hands aren't restricted like they would be in safety mittens but it would still limit his gripping ability xx 😊

wouldn't something made of linen work better? since it is not stretchy and if soft linen maybe not irritate him like spandex does? I am audhd and has sensory issues and I hate the feeling if spandex on my skin

Do you think it would be possible for him to just sleep shorts but you put on swimmers under the short shorts a diaper underneath the swimmers that way he has layers and then he just sleeps topless? I mean it’s a good solution for the summer

The amount of people in the comments that don’t understand that special needs kids like to get their diaper off and smear poop everywhere is astounding 🤦♀️the only thing that I’ve found that works so far for my daughter is pajamas with the zipper up the back that we got off Amazon, but clearly she’s not as much of a Houdini. I hope you find something that works.

Him getting out of his pyjamas is communication as someone who works with behaviours in dementia there’s usually a reason for every behaviour in a cause so I would start looking at what is he doing maybe observing him one night while he’s sleeping watching from a distance maybe he could be hot maybe he could be cold maybe it’s uncomfortable maybe the tag is bothering himmaybe he doesn’t like the sensory input but I would start there first look at the Y the reason behind him disrobing
