constantly putting those patches on those spots are keeping those spots freshly open. they're trying to heal and then you place a patch on them pulling the scab off opening the wounds back up again.

Honestly for me it’s a light form of self harm when I’m feeling ugly and I want to get rid of the imperfections, sadly doing so creates more or bigger imperfections so it’s really contradictory, I’m glad you have support :)

Have you tried hypochloris acid spray? When I pick and then spray that on I feel like it helps heal much faster! My esti also recommended it if you touch your face often(which I kinda do) just have to let it dry completely before other skin care 🫶

You shouldn’t be putting pimple patches on wounds it is just pulling the scab off early before it’s actually healed underneath. Making the scarring so much worse.
