Land beats shares by far....as long as you are focusing on buying a productive land. because there will always be a diversification on investment on it apart from land itself which keeps on appreciating . Though each of the two carry their own different pros and cons ......as for me if i get 1M at hand and was to choose between the two I'll settle for land
