They’re not “squishy” per se, they just don’t have active mitigation like prot warriors or prot pallys. Their “mitigation” is the ability to heal all the damage they just took. As a blood DK main for 15 years, my piece of advice to you as a healer is to heal the runic power, not the health. Don’t even worry about the health. If your BDK has more than 50 runic power he is fine. If less, panic

That has nothing to do with the Blood DK; the trash pack with the bears—they enrage and deal 100% more damage per hit, which is why people usually skip them.

Watch the runic power not the health, start of pulls for example they are pretty weak. But if they die with runic power its 100% on them not you so dont waste mana and globals on keeping them up at that point

As a Blood DK main I can confirm this is accurate but don't watch our health bar watch our rune bar as long as we have plenty of rune power were fine. When we don't have it you have to start healing us.
