Put the clean diaper underneath the dirty one before opening the dirty one. This way you can quickly pull the diaper up if he starts peeing.

when changing his diaper, undo the diaper but keep the front of the dirty diaper over him for a minute as you wipe his belly with a cold wipe to stimulate any pee that is left before cleaning him, once he's clean slide the fresh diaper in under the outside of the dirty one so you can switch quickly and avoid getting peed on

Leave a diaper under him the entire time. That way if he starts going you can just put the diaper over him to catch it all.

I used to keep a small washcloth to put on his peepee while I changed them. Also nursing pads were my friend. But if you have a hooka attach that to the spare boob and you can collect all that extra milk while nursing

I would undo his diaper and then let the cold air in and then cover it back over top undone and give him a few seconds to pee.

Well I always opened up a nappy and placed it under his bum before taking off the old one open the old wipe down then whip it from under his bum and then ur nappy is half on already lol x
