all that recuse mean is roach can't have no involvement in karmelo appeal cases so tomorrow August 20th 2026 they'll be going before another judge seeking a new trial.

check out the success rate in Texas for a new trial I think it's like 5% chance even if he does get it he might get manslaughter that might give him 15 years
