I'm on the defenses side 100% but I'm so glad the jury wasn't there to see Emily & the judge denied the motion for her to be a witness bc that was a hot MESS. The “Bc I'm spoiled like that” and “yeah rent is expensive” comments were unnecessary, made her look unprofessional. Her attitude/tone was distasteful and I think that would've left a bad taste in the jurys mouth.. She was deeply unserious 😭😭😭
