@rj_hussle: a new mum turned up at my place with a newborn and nowhere safe to lay him down it wasn't my job to fix it, i could've said not my problem and carried on with my day but she'd just brought a whole person into the world, still recovering, on her own in a strange city so driving hours across London for what they needed was nothing that's unreasonable hospitality, going so far past what anyone expects that they physically can't forget you the only thing that matters in this game is making a guest's life easier than anyone else ever would do that and you don't just get five stars, you get people for life and a name that travels the extra mile is almost always empty, which is exactly why it's worth walking #airbnb #property
