Suing for this will almost always not pay out. It's nearly impossible to prevent wet spots. They would have to prove employees knew about it and did nothing

And people wonder why prices are so high. when you sue someone they don't pay their insurance does and how do you think insurance companies get back the money they pay out? they raise there prices so then that company has to raise their prices to cover it. so in the end we all pay.

I worked at a grocery store and someone tried to sue. We looked at the tapes and saw they just sat down then screamed. The store turned around and sued the person.

I slipped on the wet floor at a grocery store and I crashed down on my knee. I think maybe I even cracked my kneecap. I never went to the doctor and I suffered for years that was eight years ago. They were so nice and they were when I reported it. They didn’t want to help, but I just believed if I didn’t say anything then it would get better never did

I slip Mc Donald’s and save myself because of natural instinct and if I would’ve hit that ground I would’ve broke my leg! No wet floor sign and it was raining and it was a puddle of water on the floor
