"My sleep was bad, so today is going to be a bad day." That's not how these devices should be used. When I look at Oura or WHOOP data, I'm not interested in yesterday. I'm interested in your long-term trends. Your average nighttime HRV over weeks or months tells me far more about how your body is adapting, recovering, and responding to treatment than one isolated number ever could. Data isn't good or bad.
