That's something I love about the series! It shows Sylvia struggling to find who she is, she doesn't think cause she's the heir she's meant to automatically fight for her people, it's such an amazing contrast from most books where the fmc finds out she's the heir and just decides to give her life or is just selfless off the bat without questioning her loyalties or inner desires. I love this series so muchhhhh 🥹🥹
