I feel and perceive you as a very comfortable person, I could listen to you non-stop and talk to you, record more on various topics!!!

I don't think I reached the level to say I am emotionally intelligent yet, I'm still learning how.
For me, feeling too deeply is both a blessing and a curse.

i relate to this so deeply. hits even harder right now as i’m overdue on making a very big decision and am stuck between two options. i am about to feed ai with 50 points for both sides to see if i can get a rational decision from something external to me, but just the fact that i took months to get those points down made my decision even harder as i keep seeing so many reasons as to why to want each. don’t know what to do anymore. hopefully tonight is the night i decide. or the ai does

the way we process decisions is more clear when we're giving it to others because the secret fact is that it is not your responsibility if your advices fumble the one receiving it (unless they come back to you again) hence is why we're able to give advice articulately as if we've already framed the issue and the way out. but all of that is possible if you're stepping out of that inner circle and looking at it from the outer perspective, which can work for yourself if we weren't such deep thinkers. when someone is mentally stressed and having a rough time making a decision, if there's another person that is stable more than them; they are likely to make a better decision. that is why sometimes listeners like ourselves give simpler advices than the ones who are sitting within their problems.
personally, I believe it is also a gift to have a mind like yours that keeps processing information one after another because it would be worse if it had stopped processing at all. (from experience)

I might be overanalysing this a bit too much. But I think we lived almost similar lives in a way. As a 22 year old people pleaser and the group sage giving advice to people when I don’t use that advice for myself😭😭😭

Are you familiar with the fig tree analogy from Sylvia Plath's 'The Bell Jar'? Its been my pfp for so long because I havent identified with sth so profoundly. Paralysis by analysis has been my enemy for most of my life. And I still don't know what to do about it. But we keep moving regardless. You'll be okay✊️

Act and act and act more on your thing sis! One action at a time will really help you getting out of the thinking loop and handing on tackling your problem. Much love 💕
