The breaks are probably for Lindsay, she has to do pressure relief which should be every 30 min or she will get pressure sores. They can’t say that because it could influence the jury

I was a juror on a murder trial last year. Jurors are smart! You collectively as a group discuss SO much. What someone else may have missed another juror saw and we all took it very seriously. I remember the defendant’s attorney was SO bad. He constantly would call witnesses by the wrong name, get dates wrong and as a juror you NOTICE all of it.

Why do people dread jury duty ? If you get on a criminal case it IS fascinating . Mine was a drug case . Unfortunately , we put him in prison. We almost had a hung jury because of one juror .he wouldn’t budge .. the guys almost came to blows over this . Crazy

Reasonable doubt 100%. Prosecutors have not provided any evidence whatsoever to back up their theory that she was an overcontrolling mother who was suicidal and chose to take her kids with her. huh?!!!

Was also on jury duty last year in a criminal case ( robbery with lethal weapon) and the courtroom is very emotionally charged from the get go because yes, you do have someone's life / future in your hands and that's not an everyday normal occurrence. I agree with everything you've said here, the prosecutions behaviour would have turned me against them immediately. I still remember every detail of the case I sat on and you're right, nothing goes unnoticed. It's hard to explain if you haven't experienced it.

I was on a jury for a criminal case in MA a few months ago and the prosecutor was disheveled and not well spoken, similar to Buckingham. It really detracted from his case

I was Juror 14 on a child SA case. It was insane, but easy to do what had to be done once the kids got on the stand.
