So if this TikTok is claiming: “Man reports ATM malfunction, then faces a lawsuit over $500” I'd rate it ⚠️MISLEADING unless the video provides a different person's name/case. There really was a $500 ATM-malfunction lawsuit, but the documented case involved the customer suing the bank and winning, not the bank suing him simply for reporting the malfunction.
