ok to be fair the airpod cameras are not surveillance. the amount of processing power and overhead that has to happen to properly surveil people in that sense is not gonna fit in an airpod, at least without nuking the battery. you would also be able to tell based on battery life and your literal isp/data plan. if that were the case, why are flock cameras the size they are? why not make them the size of an airpod if people are just gonna cut them down? surveillance? no. dumb technology? yes
