Omg hi, so this is bcs when someone deletes the Douyin app or resets their phone without logging out manually they lose their active session completely, and since you said you don't rmbr the phone number or have the sim card that's a big problem since douyin rely on SMS verification. What I can recommend now is to try logging in with third party apps like Alipay, Wechat (if u can again), Weibo or even QQ. You can also try looking through your Google to see if you save anything. If any of these don't work pls contact customer services and they might help recover the account. This is just what ik as a douyin user too. Hope the best for you and also pls try to find the SIM card if you can!! Hope my advice helps🫶🫶
