this is about 8 months old. case was dismissed. auditor also didn't get compensation.

nobody lookup follow ups it's an active lawsuit against them for 2.4 million they tried charging him with loitering which isn't enforced in that county so now they updated his charge to disturbing a business and disorderly conduct they are cooked and will payout probably 100k and fire the cop it's about how these go after 2 to 3 years in court
