Founder, marketing, design, engineering, sales, operations, data science. Claude adapts the answer to your role instead of writing for nobody. 2. Write your Instructions for Claude. This is the custom instructions box that carries across every chat and every project. Tell it what you do, how you work, and how you want it to respond. 3. Turn on memory. Search and reference chats, generate memory from chats, and import memory from other AI providers. Claude keeps your context instead of starting from zero every session. 4. Connect your tools. Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Notion, Linear, Jira, Canva, Asana, Zapier. Connectors are what turn Claude from a chatbot into an assistant that works inside the stack you already use. 5. Set up projects and project instructions. One project per client, product, or workflow. Load the context once and stop re-explaining yourself every morning.
