Add the instant coffee and gradually pour in the boiling water while whipping. Continue whipping until you get a light, fluffy cream. Serve over a glass filled with ice and cold milk. Add 3–4 generous tablespoons of the coffee cream and finish with cocoa powder. 🇮🇹 Crema al Caffè e Miele Montata Ingredienti * 150 g di miele * 3 cucchiaini di caffè solubile * 650 ml di acqua bollente * Latte freddo q.b. * Ghiaccio * Cacao amaro q.b. Procedimento Monta il miele fino a renderlo più chiaro e cremoso. Aggiungi il caffè solubile e versa gradualmente l’acqua bollente continuando a montare. Monta fino a ottenere una crema chiara e spumosa. Servi con ghiaccio e latte freddo, aggiungi 3–4 cucchiai abbondanti di crema al caffè e completa con cacao amaro. #khalidelmahi
