I swear it's the go to for women. Got a pain in your chest? Coil. Itchy toe? Coil. Not normal bleeding with cancer symptoms and no test? Coil. I am tired 😭

They wanted to fit me with the coil after my periods returned on HRT they ignored all my symptoms as menopausal it was stage 3 c ovarian cancer 🤦🏼♀️they even knew my mother had died from that it’s ridiculous how they ignore and gas light us, hope your doing better now x

I have menorrhagia. Instead of referring me to oncology (upon request) as excessive heavy bleeding is a cancer symptom… they recommend the coil instead

me but with my bladder 😭 got told to go on nature walks and try yoga by a supposed endometriosis specialist when i literally had a catheter for weeks because my endo flared up and stopped my bladder from emptying 😭

I haven’t heard a peep about ‘your back pain is just ibs’ after my mri showed my bladder, rectum and ovaries SCARRED to the back of my body. Took 7 years for them to finally say I have endo. None of them hold themselves accountable.

lol got convinced have the coil about 20 mins after Leaving the hospital my body started to reject it was puking in extreme pain went so pale shakes the whole lot got it out like 1hr 30 later 🤷♀️😂

THIS! I went SEPTIC from an ovarian cyst rupturing and just days before I attended a&e as advised by my GP who said “just get pregnant or have the coil not that big of a deal” IM 19?? I then returned 4 days later after my GP told me to go again with a pulse of 135 and temperature of 39°c. I was seen within half an hour of being there and I was confirmed to have stage 1 sepsis. So no lady I DO NOT JUST NEED THE COIL OR GET PREGNANT

They told me I have to wait to have a bowel obstruction for them to touch my adhesions that’s covered and fused my gallbladder to my abdominal wall 🙃 also adhesions on my liver, bowels and colon too. So instead of sorting the problem before it becomes an even bigger problem, I have to wait until I’m in life threatening condition!

my old gynaecologist told me I was “only stage 1 and I couldn’t be in that much pain” …. Got referred from nhs to private got my total hysterectomy in June after over 2 years waiting, at the age of 37 , my new gynaecologist came to see me the next morning and apologised for the nhs failing me which he did not have to do but he said it was extremely difficult to remove he told me I was stage 4 endo my whole reproductive organs had fused together, they had also fused to my large and small bowels, bladder and left kidney, 2 solid golf ball sized fibroids and several marble sized aswell. They seriously need to start taking this seriously and stop panning us off, I hope your okay now beauts ❤️❤️❤️

Finally caved last week after years as I was told that it was my final option (basically they don’t care to do more research on my endo etc) and now I’m getting them to take it out tomorrow because this is the worst ive felt in a while
