Hi from Poland 🇵🇱/Lahestan 🥰. Aren't those beans called "bagholy" in Farsi? I lived in Iran for 12 years, Isfahan (nesfe jahan). Came back to Poland in 1990 and since then I haven't spoken Farsi on a regular basis unfortunately. I love Persian cuisine & cook many kinds of kharesht (sorry about the spelling).
