Even tho I support the shop owner 1000%, he was in the wrong by LAW! They teach you all of this in your conceal carry classes, it’s no longer self defense because their back were turned. But 5 years for 2 bodies! That’s a slap on the wrist!

They are the reason for their own death, that’s an innocent man! Robbers premeditated robbery, but didn’t/couldn’t anticipate getting shot or killed. What would a cop would have done given the situation of the shop owner! Would that cop be imprisoned??? It’s the state the same state but biased judgment
