Ignorance k!lls faster than bad character my bro Trading Sessions is very important, go learn about spreads and advantages. You can have a good setup on a bad session you take trade and enter losss immediately by the time the next session comes up, the market has shifted because most times these big guys know when we are sleeping. I won’t say much but my advise is hold what works for you .

The sessions don’t matter much if you’re a swing trader but if you are day trading, it does matter. The London session will often give a clean and clear movement and the New York and Asian will likey range or move lesser pips.

Brr i disagree with u on this, i have tried all the sessions and newyork sessions work for me the most, if u don’t know the session that work on ur strategy u won’t be profitable.
