@wolfofwallstreet: One good test has killed more businesses than any recession. Here’s the pattern. You get an early win, you think you’ve got it all figured out, you scale to the stars, and you get destroyed. I know because I’ve made this exact mistake myself. What almost nobody talks about is the bridge phase: the gap between your first great result and massive scale. Before you throw every resource at one thing, run the tests: Price sensitivity: Does it still convert when you raise the price? Volume: Does it hold when you multiply the spend? Saturation: How big is this market really? Capacity: Can you actually deliver at scale? Upsell and lifetime value: Perfect the model before you multiply it. Do those first. Then scale like crazy. Once it’s truly proven, I’m the biggest scaler in the world. But scaling an unproven idea off one good test isn’t a business model. It’s a countdown. Bookmark this before you spend another dollar on scale. 🐺
