@nbcnewyork: Chopper 4 was over a tanker truck spill in Queens on Wednesday. The diesel truck was on its side, leaking fuel, when emergency crews arrived to the get the spill under control. Multiple roads were closed around Rockaway Turnpike while the situation unfolded.
