No❗️when they say put it under your tongue, you have precipitators there . Leave it until it dissolves . Give it as long as you can to allow it to work. What you just did , did nothing. 😌

So I already take amino acid powder and put it in my tea every morning. I wonder what this would be like if I put this with everything or is that overkill I have to do some research on this. Maybe I’ll just have to break it up and put it in my second tea of the day.
