I really love Raf as a character, but his reaction to Nico’s condition and what happened to him really rubbed me the wrong way. Mara kept drinking her coffee like nothing happened, Alex decided to go to a salon, and Raf chose to express his dissatisfaction with Nico instead of showing any empathy. For me, Nico is the second most important and the most interesting character after Raf. He always behaves with dignity no matter the situation, and his pursuit of Raf was the most emotional moment in the entire story. Yet everyone else basically ignored that. Alex and Raf fooled around with their own stuff first, and only later, as if remembering, they turned their attention to Nico. That’s not fair. Nico is the best thing the Author ever created, so why does he get such superficial treatment? Throughout all the episodes, I never once worried about Alex — I knew from the start that the first blow would fall on Nico. And that’s exactly what happened. What really got to me were Raf’s words in the hospital. What the hell, Raf? I get it, Alex is the princess, but Nico is ready to die for you
