Tbh I think there’s time for everything and in Ghana here we don’t value that.. because tell me why someone is in a hurry going somewhere and constructors are working and coursing traffic.. there should be time for everything, u won’t go to a foreign country and see them working during the day or distracting drivers l,they work in the night when the roads are not busy so I think it’s understandable .
