it's extremely concerning that no one in that facility even knows this woman is wandering into others rooms. I understand that they aren't doing it on purpose but the staff needs to be on alert!

After a few times I would personally just ask the staff to take her out of the room. I was a PSW for years and we never let residents go in other residents rooms. If we saw them we would swiftly redirect them out to the common area or back to their own room.
