YES. I don’t get the nasal stuff but I get the sore throat, headache and sore chest EVERY SINGLE TIME I overdo it (which is most days lately because these days overdoing it is just sitting upright for a few hours 🙄). It feels exactly like the first day of a bad cold or flu and it’s impossible to tell the difference until the next morning: if it’s a genuine cold I wake up feeling worse, if it’s an ME flare type thing I wake up feeling better. Hate it so much.

yess i alwaus know i'm going into 'doing too much' territory when i sneeze out of nowhere?? its more of a pre warning though that if i stop there i'll be able to avoid pem so kinda grateful for it, its so weird tho the sneeze immedately triggers a mini 30 minute cold/flu episode for me

Had strep throat and right after that was done I got the flu😭I feel so awful and have travel plans for a concert on Monday…

oh such a tricky bodily "illusion" or is it a delusion? not sure about the words. Yet I heard in the last days that could be that with ME, especially if you had covid, it can reactivate old virusses in your body, even from old times. this is kind of tough issue... I try not to dive too deep into that mentally, considering all my not-vaccinated childhood diseases😳 I can feel your stress about it. I try somehow to be on the waves that come and not to resist so much. letting them pass through... not sure if I can do it as well as I write it here actually😅 I send you hugs 🫂 and wish you only few overlapping waves
